- Decide what your requirements for the event are and which package or vehicles meet your requirements.
Furnish us with the following information:
- Name, address, contact phone numbers and email address (if available)
- Date and time of wedding/event
- Full postal addresses of all the venues and any collection addresses
- A full route plan with collection times in order to calculate total journey distance/times, etc.
- Type of package or vehicle required
- Any additional vehicles that may be required
- Any other special requirements
You will be contacted with a quotation.
Your booking is not secure until you have paid 50% and the outstanding 50% is to be paid at least 1 month prior to the event.
An additional invoice will be sent, listing any additional charges if there are any changes to the schedule that were not included in the original quotation, and subsequently increased the journey by either time or distance.
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Vehicles are periodically updated in order to improve the quality of the vehicles we use, or may be 'written off' in the event of the vehicle being involved in an accident. In the event of your booked vehicle being withdrawn from service after it has been booked, an alternative vehicle of the same or higher quality vehicle will be provided at no extra cost.
When working with motor vehicles, despite following the recommended maintenance programme, there is always a risk of mechanical failure. In the event of this occuring we always have a back up vehicle available.
We will discuss with you when calculating a quote, the full journey plan, we will not be held responsible for 'any unforeseen delays, due to levels of traffic, traffic accidents or road works'. We will raise any concerns we may have with you, and would suggest you allow a small amount of 'breathing' space during the journey, to allow for any minor delays.
